How we collect, use and protect your information.

Hey there! We know privacy policies aren't exactly thrilling reading, but we believe you should always know what information we collect and why. When you use our website, download a freebie, join our email list or buy one of our products, we may collect information such as your name, email address, billing details (processed securely by our payment providers), IP address, browser information and details about how you use our website. If you contact us directly, we'll also keep the information you choose to share with us. We only use this information to run our business and provide the things you've asked for. That includes delivering your downloads, processing purchases, responding to your messages, sending emails you've chosen to receive, improving our website and meeting our legal and accounting obligations. If you join our mailing list, we'll occasionally send helpful tips, updates, product launches and special offers. We promise to keep things useful, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing securely. To help us run our business, we also work with trusted third-party providers such as MailerLite, Etsy, Stripe, PayPal and our website hosting providers. They only receive the information they need to provide their services and have their own privacy policies explaining how they use your data. Under UK GDPR, you have several rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, request its deletion where appropriate, restrict or object to certain processing and withdraw your consent to marketing emails whenever you choose. If you'd like to exercise any of these rights, simply get in touch using the contact details on this page. We only keep your personal information for as long as it's needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. After that, it will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

The rules for using this website and our products.

By using this website or purchasing from Hey There by Okay Doodle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Everything we sell is digital unless we clearly state otherwise, so no physical products will be posted to you. Once your payment has been completed, you'll receive access to your purchase as described on the product listing. All templates, printables, SVGs, clip art, seamless patterns, graphics, downloads, branding and written content remain the intellectual property of Hey There by Okay Doodle. Purchasing a product gives you a licence to use itβ€”it doesn't transfer ownership of the files. Unless a product states otherwise, you're welcome to use our products for your own personal or business use. However, you may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, copy or claim our files as your own, or make them available for others to download. Some products may include their own licence terms, which will always take priority. We do our best to keep our website and products accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee they'll always be free from errors or available without interruption. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Everything you need to know about refunds for digital downloads.

Because we sell digital products, refunds are handled in line with UK consumer law. When purchasing digital content for immediate download, you may lose your right to cancel once the download has started, provided you've agreed to receive the content immediately during checkout. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. That said, we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. If you've received the wrong file, something isn't working properly or you're having trouble accessing your download, please get in touch and we'll do our best to put things right as quickly as possible. If you're entitled to a refund under UK law, we'll process it promptly.

If we use non-essential cookies, such as analytics, we'll ask for your consent where required by UK law.
